Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and oversee the overall operations of multiple branches within the assigned cluster
Drive business growth by achieving disbursement, AUM, and revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and sales teams to ensure high performance
Monitor portfolio quality, credit underwriting, and collection efficiency across branches
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines, and audit requirements
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the companys presence in the local market
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, channel partners, and stakeholders
Review branch performance regularly and implement corrective actions where required
