Job Description

Required Skill Set :

  • Self-Driven and Strong Bias for action, fitment in Start-up culture
  • Excellent Analytical , communication & Stakeholder Management skills
  • In-depth Knowledge of Paid Marketing ecosystem especially Google & Meta , attribution models and segmentation/personalization on external communication channels.
  • Hands on Expertise in Google , Meta , Programmatic marketing channels etc
  • Develop & execute comprehensive google ads strategies that aligns with our business objectives & target audience profiles.
  • Perform detailed keyword research , competitor analysis & market research to inform data driven campaign strategies.
  • Configure various campaign types, including search , display videos , shopping and remarketing with a focus on advanced settings and segmentation.
  • Owns Social Media, create monthly calendar and execute to boost the brand visibility in terms of Visual approach.
  • Able to work with Vendors / Influencers directly
  • Minimum 3+yrs of experience with any B2C fashion / D2C ecommerce brand , preferably in growth or digital marketing role.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategizing , Planning and executing Digital marketing/Performance Marketing activities across business verticals
  • Taking insight-driven approach towards media strategy and planning.
  • Identify trends & Insights through relevant Apps and other tools to optimize media budgets and deliver media efficiency.
  • Maintain Up to Date knowledge ads algorithms , Meta ads platform , features releases , and industry best practices.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities and deploy advanced techniques to enhance quality scores through improving ad relevance , landing pages quality and other optimization strategies.
  • Identify the trends and create a story line up for Inhouse & Outside agencies to get the desired results resulting in Maximum Traffic & Conversion.
  • Setting measurable KPIs of customer acquisition cost , conversion rates , CTR etc
  • Optimizing creative & Ad sets across platforms to drive high efficiency
  • Reporting campaign results along with Funnel trends & projections.
  • Regular Connect with Editing & Content team on regular BAU tasks.
  • Plan & Create Monthly Social Plan with Product Lifecycle & Business need.
  • Making sure BUA posts on all social platforms are LIVE on daily level.
  • Making Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports on overall DM activities.
