You will work under the designated product divisions with a primary focus on promoting the respective products. Your responsibilities will include: - Establishing and developing direct billing clients, including hospitals, medical colleges, research institutes, and laboratories. - Building and managing key customer accounts to strengthen the company's direct sales portfolio. - Consistently achieving the assigned monthly sales targets and overall achievements. - Maintaining product pricing to ensure decent gross margins in adherence to company norms. - Collaborating with the Direct Sales Head for regular reporting, strategic planning, and process improvements. Your educational background should be a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, with a proven track record in key account management and direct sales.,
