Key Account Manager- (Hospital Retail)


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Regularly conduct client meetings to understand their business objectives and challenges.


Strategic Account Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to create strategic account plans, aligning with their goals and objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Work closely with internal teams to execute account plans effectively.


Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services and address any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver comprehensive solutions.


Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.


Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market knowledge.


Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on key account performance : Product, Cluster, Store level to present findings and implement actionable.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.


Requirement:

  • Graduate from a recognized institute with 8+ years of experience in managing national key accounts
  • Capacity to think strategically, identify client needs, and align offerings with business trends is highly valued.
  • Strong relationship-building skills are necessary to connect with a variety of stakeholders, including external clients and internal teams.
  • The ability to analyze data, prepare working plans, and track performance
