Is able to craft solutions, underguidance, to meet business needs of the organisation
Works towards both near term andlong term objectives in business growth in a planned manner
Able to influence clients atdifferent operational levels specially to close orders
Understands the technical nature ofthe products and their applications
Is both systemic in approach andcreative in terms of solutions
Requirements

With 10+ years of Sales andMarketing experience in manufacturing domain, automotive, white goods , FMCGindustry, consultative /solution selling, industrial automation B2B sales(Machine automation, Motion control automation ,material handling automation)etc.

Customer First: Operate withcustomer success mind set and align all our actions accordingly.

Collaborative problem solving:Organisation interest supersedes individual interests; working together tosolve problems effectively.

Ownership & Commitment: Goingabove & beyond the call of duty while also keeping up with the promises& targets under any circumstances.
