Job Description

As a Key Accounts Manager, your role involves managing and developing long-term relationships with assigned clients. You will work closely with brands to understand their needs, implement strategic solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of products/services. Your strong background in client relationship management, strategy implementation, and experience with top-tier brands will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings. - Understand client goals and objectives, aligning services/products to meet their needs effectively. - Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations and monitor account performance. - Work with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their business success. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies. - Collaborate with well-known brands, understanding their challenges and delivering solutions that align with their values. - Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, account status, and market trends. - Proactively address and resolve any client issues or conflicts with care and professionalism. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client relationship management or account management. - Proven experience working with brands, preferably in a B2B environment. - Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to implement effective strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
