Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Business Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and optimizing operational efficiencies. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to work cross-functionally with tech, finance, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Target Achievement:

  • Drive disbursal volumes and ensure the achievement of business targets.
  • Identify opportunities to scale the business and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Establish and manage high-impact collaborations with key industry players such as digital payment platforms, fintech firms, and financial institutions.
  • Work closely with partners to develop and execute growth initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and engagement.

Tech & Process Enhancements:

  • Collaborate with the technology team to identify, diagnose, and resolve key technical issues impacting business performance.
  • Advocate for process improvements and digital innovations that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Financial & Business Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Engage with stakeholders across product, finance, operations, and risk teams to align business objectives with company strategy.
  • Contribute beyond core responsibilities by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven experience in fintech, NBFC, or banking, preferably in business development, partnerships, or product strategy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
