Job Description

The Account Manager role is responsible for growing and managing relationships with restaurants in cities that are already present on the client platform. As an Account Manager, you will be expected to generate revenue for the client by converting relevant restaurants to standardized commission rates. Additionally, you will drive increased revenue through non-commission channels such as Ad product sales. Working closely with partner restaurants, you will assist them in building and growing their business through enhanced menu options, reduced edits, and identifying and solving logistics issues. It is crucial to drive and support partner restaurants in adhering to SOP compliance with the client and liaise with them to execute new initiatives from the client's end. To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in partner/account relationship management and hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a reputed institution. You will collaborate closely with multiple operations teams to ensure smooth functioning and must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Vendor management skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team. Being a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented individual with impeccable follow-through is key. A self-starter who can deliver high-quality results quickly and smartly will thrive in this dynamic environment.
