Business Associate (Customer Experience)

As a Project Manager in our fast-growing VC-backed on-demand start-up focused on revolutionizing the food delivery industry, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive end-to-end cross-functional projects that enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and leading cross-functional projects in collaboration with business stakeholders centrally and across markets - Engaging with senior stakeholders, including department heads and CXOs, to align project goals with organizational objectives - Establishing efficient processes for customer communication and evaluating their effectiveness - Identifying and tracking key metrics to assess customer experience and facilitating data collection - Developing strategies to measure and communicate customer sentiment effectively - Identifying high-impact customer experiences and implementing solutions to enhance them - Researching market best practices and setting industry benchmarks - Creating product solutions to provide seamless experiences for customers - Conducting experiments to improve customer experience and reduce the need for customer interactions - Collaborating with the customer support team to enhance service quality Desired Candidate: - Full-time Graduate from a Tier-1 Institute - 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a related role or consulting - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, and the ability to take ownership of projects About Client: Our client is on a mission to provide superfast and seamless food deliveries through a unique smartphone-equipped delivery fleet and custom-built routing algorithms.
