Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of existing SME borrowers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer cashflows, business cycles, and working capital gaps to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Pitch and sell additional loan products like Purchase Invoice Discounting, Line of Credit, Term Loans, etc.
• Work closely with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
• Track key account metrics such as renewal rate, disbursement volume, and customer engagement.
• Regularly collect feedback and act as the voice of the customer to improve product and processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and disbursement targets from portfolio expansion.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or sales in fintech, NBFCs, or banks.
• Strong understanding of SME lending products and underwriting basics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-growth environment.
• Fluent in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are a plus.
