Client Relationship Management Engage regularly with clients to gather feedback and identify improvement areas. Proactively reduce churn by maintaining strong customer relationships and resolving issues promptly. Product & Feature Support Coordinate with the development team to address and resolve client-reported issues. Gather, prioritise, and help implement customer feature requests in collaboration with the dev team. Customer Support Provide real-time support via chat and email for client queries. Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions for new users. Maintain and update a knowledge base to support customer self-service. CRM & Reporting Keep the CRM system clean and updated with accurate client data and notes. Generate regular internal reports on client activity, engagement, and feedback. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in client-facing or customer support roles. Comfortable collaborating with development teams. Familiarity with ZOHO CRM (preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.
