Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Key Account Manager role located in Delhi, India at Express Roadways Pvt Ltd. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for business development and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in account management and business development
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in key account management is a plus
