Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and growing business in assigned corporate hospitals by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving brand penetration, and ensuring achievement of sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, purchase departments, and hospital administration in corporate hospitals.Identify business opportunities and ensure product availability and visibility in assigned accounts.Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.Execute marketing and brand-building activities within hospital setups.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth order execution and query resolution.Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the management.Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Commerce; MBA preferred.2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in corporate/ institutional business.Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
