Are you skilled at managing international clients and ensuring seamless order-to-delivery operations?
🔧 Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll manage the entire customer order lifecycle — from RFQ to dispatch — ensuring accuracy, collaboration, and outstanding service delivery. You’ll also act as the primary point of contact for USA-based clients, strengthening global business relationships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Handle end-to-end purchase order processing and ensure timely delivery.
2. Manage and maintain strong relationships with USA clients while identifying new business opportunities.
3. Collaborate with NPD, Quality, PPC, Finance, and EXIM teams to ensure smooth coordination.
4. Provide techno-commercial support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving pricing or delivery issues.
5. Monitor order reports, analyze account performance, and take proactive steps for improvement.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics to provide strategic inputs.
💡 Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 7–8 years in Manufacturing, Casting, Stamping, or Power T&D industries.
🎯Must have experience managing USA clients as a Key Account Manager.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficient in SAP, MS Office Suite, and CRM software.
2. Knowledge of product costing, technical drawings, export sales, and data analysis.
