Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory
• Conduct regular hospital visits for sales pitches, product/service presentations, and follow-ups
• Negotiate and finalize business agreements as per company policies
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, clinical, billing, etc.) to facilitate seamless service delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain sales reports, market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Provide timely updates on pipeline, conversions, and key account performance

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• 1–5 years of healthcare/hospital sales experience preferred
• Experience in interacting with doctors, nursing heads, hospital admin, and purchase departments is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹325,065.71 - ₹651,212.19 per year
