Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory Conduct regular hospital visits for sales pitches, product/service presentations, and follow-ups Negotiate and finalize business agreements as per company policies Coordinate with internal departments (operations, clinical, billing, etc.) to facilitate seamless service delivery Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Maintain sales reports, market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Provide timely updates on pipeline, conversions, and key account performance Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and persuasion abilities Customer relationship management & networking skills Target-driven with strong problem-solving approach Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Qualifications & Experience: Any Bachelor’s degree 1–5 years of healthcare/hospital sales experience preferred Experience in interacting with doctors, nursing heads, hospital admin, and purchase departments is an advantage Expected Attributes: Self-motivated and result-oriented Pleasant personality with a professional attitude Willingness to travel extensively within territory Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹325,065.71 - ₹651,212.19 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Work Location: In person
