Name of the Position: Key account Manager
Educational and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field;
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Key Account Manager or equivalent role within the manufacturing or any industry.
Salary Budget: 5.00 Lakh CTC PA
Job Responsibilities:
Identifying customer needs and aligning them with the company's portfolio of products.
Develop a detailed understanding of the customer’s organization, business model, and procurement processes.
Aligning with LSquare operations to ensure timely delivery.
Identify new requirements from existing customers and communicate them to the business development team for further action.
Consistently monitor key performance metrics, including on-time delivery, order pipeline, and payment collection. Address any deviations promptly with precise reporting to ensure accountability and maintain performance standards.
Conduct structured, periodic review sessions with clients to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and alignment with customer strategy and priorities.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in CRM or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive insights from performance metrics.
Must be Strategic, client-focused mindset
Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Driven by results, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed set targets.
Collaborative approach
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Should be confident to take up an individual contributor role with shared team support.
