Job Description

Identifying customer needs and aligning them with the company's portfolio of products. Develop a detailed understanding of the customer’s organization, business model, and procurement processes. Aligning with LSquare operations to ensure timely delivery. Identify new requirements from existing customers and communicate them to the business development team for further action. Consistently monitor key performance metrics, including on-time delivery, order pipeline, and payment collection. Address any deviations promptly with precise reporting to ensure accountability and maintain performance standards. Conduct structured, periodic review sessions with clients to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and alignment with customer strategy and priorities. Proficient in CRM or similar platforms.  Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive insights from performance metrics.
