Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at ARaymond, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing business for the Clipping Solutions in the West Clips region. Your role will involve working closely with clients to provide customized proposals for their fastening and assembly needs. Here are your key responsibilities: - Execution of the business development plan set by the Head of Department - Forecasting sales on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and yearly budgeting - Achieving sales targets for the year - Developing new markets and customers in the Clips North Region - Handling customer product queries and RFQs - Maintaining a customer and business database - Managing P&L for new projects and increasing value per car - Handling product quotations and ensuring timely customer query resolution - Establishing and maintaining healthy business relations with clips customers - Conducting in-depth research on competition, pricing, and upcoming projects - Providing feedback for strategy formulation and implementation - Analyzing lost RFQs and generating new product ideas - Participating in training programs and self-learning initiatives - Ensuring compliance with information security policies and procedures - Promoting information security awareness within the department Your qualifications include a B.E. / B.Tech degree with 12 to 15 years of experience.
