This is a strategic KAM role responsible for managing high-value enterprise payment clients, driving revenue growth, ensuring business retention, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
• Background in Payment Gateway / Payment Aggregator
• Must have handled Online Payment Business
• Strong understanding of payment processing lifecycle
• Own and grow strategic enterprise payment accounts
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and revenue expansion
• Lead senior stakeholder and C-level engagement
• Manage commercials, contracts, and negotiations
• Drive Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic discussions
• Ensure client success through internal collaboration with product and tech teams
Ideal candidates will have strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management capability, and proven success in enterprise payments.
