Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Key Account Management Specialist, based on-site at Tesla Outsourcing Services in Ahmedabad. The specialist will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and developing opportunities for key account growth, analyzing client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication to nurture long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Key Account Management and Account Management skills to handle and nurture client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in Key Account Development to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating client needs, sales performance, and market trends
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the AEC or outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

 

Key Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in Key Account Management / Client Handling
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) –

    mandatory

  • Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, or Australia preferred)
  • Strong client coordination and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of sales pipelines and CRM workflows
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts aligned with global markets
  • Professional mindset with strong ownership and accountability
