Key Account Executive - HORECA

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Key Account Executive in a leading manufacturing company that specializes in packaging products for HORECA and hospitality segments in western states of India. Your role will involve managing high-value customer accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with high-value customers, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. - Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and increase market share within assigned accounts. - Conduct regular field visits to customers to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive additional revenue. - Lead negotiations with key customers to establish mutually beneficial agreements for long-term partnerships. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks. - Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and key metrics for senior management. - Collaborate with internal teams like product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in account management, with a track record of managing high-value customer accounts. - Strong field sales experience with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
