Key Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients for all operational requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal departments (logistics, procurement, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely execution of client deliverables.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues to maintain smooth workflows.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, documentation, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups.
• Maintain and update client records, job sheets, and MIS reports accurately.
• Track and report operational performance and highlight delays or concerns proactively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
• Address client queries or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Assist in billing coordination, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation related to key clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
