Job Summary:

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with assigned key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, supporting revenue growth, and executing account plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication and coordination with assigned key accounts
• Support the execution of account strategies and sales plans
• Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities for account growth and report them to the manager
• Track sales performance, forecasts, and account metrics
• Handle contract documentation, pricing updates, and renewals support
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service-level agreements
• Coordinate internally with operations, finance, supply chain, and sales teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer handling
• Experience in B2B sales or key account handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer management
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
