Key Account Executive

Role Overview: As a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our 3 PL Warehousing customers by understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding client requirements and proposing solutions to meet their objectives, which may involve coordinating with internal teams. - Serving as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating communication between them and warehouse operations, and ensuring timely service delivery. - Addressing and resolving any client issues or complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures. Qualification Required: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service. - Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in relevant SAP/ERP software and Microsoft Excel. - Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
