Selected candidates’ day-to-day responsibilities include:

• On boarding new properties in the USA, Canada, EU, to maximize our inventory.
• Maintain excellent relationship with a portfolio of our key student accommodation providers
• Communicating over emails or calls with the property management groups across the USA, Canada, EU, to maintain a good working relationship
• Working on weekly/monthly and quarterly performance reports and presenting it to management

Skills required:

• Excellent proven team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good online research and data analytical skills
• Good in MS-Excel usage
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field
• Will be able to work in the US shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM).

Preferred if:

• You have experience in the real estate and hospitality industry.
• Extremely well versed with MS-Excel use and running reports as needed.
• Exposure in the international sales and business development role especially in USA, UK or Australia market.
