Job Description

You will be responsible for positively influencing customers prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets, develop territory, and build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products in a given territory. What Youll Do As aKey Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market positioning strategies forR&I products, along with contributing to building the knowledge and capabilities of healthcare professionals (HCPs) at a local level. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver timely sales targets and ensure the creation of strong stakeholder relationships. Key Duties and AccountabilitiesDevelop Account Strategy and Plans Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning ofR&I productsat a local level. Work with the Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet targets and further improve positioning. Create Deep Stakeholder Relationships EngageR&I HCPsin discussions about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols to supporton-label prescribingfor appropriate patients. Establish and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Share stakeholder insights and information within the organization to strengthen relevant activities such as product development, marketing, and sales efforts. Build Capability and Knowledge in the Healthcare Ecosystem Increase knowledge and understanding of theR&I value proposition, product indications, and efficacy data among all relevant stakeholders. Utilize different communication approaches, techniques, and channels to enhance knowledge within theMDT (Multidisciplinary Team) and DMU (Decision-Making Unit). Conductscience-based discussionswith HCPs as per the approved product indications. Arrangemultidisciplinary workshopsfor physicians and healthcare professionals. Organize and coordinate effectivespeaker programswith physician advocates and key opinion leaders (KOLs). SupportR&I nurseswith relevant training, such as chemotherapy and testing solutions. Deliver on Plans and Achieve Sales Goals on Budget Drivesales performanceand ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations while managing assigned budgets. Promote the benefits ofR&I brandsusing balanced messaging and the appropriate mix of promotional tools. Ensure that products are optimally utilized in line withnational/local guidelinesand the product license. Ensure Compliance Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations. Adhere to allexternal regulationsandinternal policies. Ensure compliance with theCode of Ethics, Global External Interactions Policy, Standards, and Privacy Policy, particularly when engaging with patient groups. Essential Requirements University Science graduate, ideally with anMBAfrom a reputable institute. Proficient inoral and written communication (English). 3+ years of sales experience in the pharma sector, specifically in theR&I domain. Proven track record as ahigh performer in sales, cross-functional engagement, and strong business acumen. Strongorganizational skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to manage complexity with a high degree of maturity.
