Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh for a Junior Trader. The Junior Trader will collaborate with the trading team to manage procurement and sales operations, monitor global market trends, and identify trading opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating contracts, analyzing data to forecast commodity trends, building relationships with vendors and buyers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role also involves coordinating logistics to optimize supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in trading, procurement, and supply chain management
• Data analysis skills, including the ability to assess market trends and forecast market movements
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
• Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant experience in trading or agricultural commodities is a plus
