Junior Sales Executive

Position: Junior Sales Executive Location: On-site- Vadodara Experience: Minimum 6 months-1 year Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 15k-20k per month About the Role: Slashon is on the lookout for a driven and curious Junior Sales Executive to be a part of our fast-moving creative agency. If you enjoy talking to people, spotting business opportunities, and opening doors to new clients- this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in helping us expand our client base and showcase the value of design, digital, and branding solutions to businesses that need it the most. What You’ll Be Doing: Actively research and identify new business leads via directories, LinkedIn, referrals, and online platforms. Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and emails to introduce Slashon’s services. Support the senior sales team in preparing decks, proposals, and sales materials. Keep the CRM and sales tracking sheets up to date with lead and follow-up information. Contribute to achieving monthly sales and outreach targets. Respond to client queries with clarity and professionalism. Build meaningful connections and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects. What We’re Looking For: A graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in a sales, cold calling, or client outreach role (agency) Comfortable initiating conversations and following up proactively. Good communication and presentation skills - written and verbal. Basic familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools is helpful but not mandatory.
