We are looking for dynamic Junior Sales Executives to join our team. Location Coverage: Tamil Nadu (including Chennai, Madurai) Kerala (Kochi, Trivandrum) Karnataka (Bangalore) Telangana (Hyderabad) Andhra Pradesh (Visakhapatnam) Maharashtra (Mumbai 2 positions) Gujarat Key Responsibilities: Visit B2B travel agents to promote our destinations (Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore). Conduct 1012 field visits per day to develop and maintain agent relationships. Identify and onboard new agents to expand our sales network. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing (preferred). Minimum 6 months experience in a travel agency or related sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of regional travel markets and destinations. Own transportation (bike or three-wheeler). Ability to work Monday to Saturday (5.5 days/week) .
Coordinate with travel agents and partners to drive business growth Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales Handle inbound & outbound inquiries Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups Achieve monthly targets and KPIs Collaborate with operations and ticketing teams for smooth service delivery What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry) is a must. Candidates from Punjab are preferred. Applicants from Chennai, Delhi, Kochi & Ahmedabad may also apply. Strong communication & negotiation skills Self-motivated, result-oriented & independent Familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools is a plus
