Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires collaboration with the technical team to deliver client-specific solutions and provide post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of industrial automation, AC drives, and DC drives
• Ability to understand technical specifications and requirements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Willingness to travel within the designated region
• Experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector is a plus
