Position: Sales and Marketing Executive Industry: Factory Automation / Industrial Automation Location: _VRWA-2, Lane 1, Vyttila, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682019___ Experience: 0–2 years ( Both Experienced and Freshers with good communication & technical interest can apply) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our industrial automation products and solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients from manufacturing, process industries, and OEMs, building strong relationships and helping them choose the right automation solutions for their operations Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities in manufacturing industries such as automotive, packaging, pharma, steel, cement, and food processing. Promote and sell factory automation products (PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, SCADA, Sensors, Robots, Industrial Panels, etc.). Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. Generate and follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotations. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automation solutions. Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements and application support. Maintain sales pipeline, track market trends, and report weekly/monthly sales activities. Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or related engineering field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC, VFD, HMI, sensors) is an added advantage. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualities Interest in automation and industrial technologies. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong problem-solving skills.
