to join our interior and architectural design firm. Your role will involve expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and achieving revenue goals.
1. Lead Generation: Your first duty is to identify potential clients. This involves conducting market research, leveraging your network, seeking referrals, and engaging in cold calling to generate leads.
2. Client Engagement: Once leads are identified, you initiate contact to understand their project requirements and design preferences. You showcase the company's portfolio, emphasizing relevant past projects.
3. Design Proposal Collaboration: You collaborate with the design team to create tailored proposals that align with client needs and preferences.
4. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining client relationships is ongoing. You ensure consistent, responsive communication and a deep understanding of their evolving needs.
5. Industry Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends and technologies enables you to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Additionally, you maintain detailed records using Microsoft Office and regularly update management on leads, sales forecasts, and key metrics. Collaborating with design, project management, and marketing teams optimizes the client experience. Fulfilling these responsibilities effectively is essential for success in the competitive design and sales landscape, contributing significantly to the company's growth and reputation.
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design/real estate sales
2. Strong communication, presentation, relationship, and negotiation skills.
3. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, must have a high level of ownership around targets.
4. Software/ Tools: Microsoft Office.
