Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales Department located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Head of Sales Department will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, maintaining key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales meetings, coordinating with different departments, monitoring sales performance, and providing guidance and support to the sales team.
