We are seeking a Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of conducting market research, preparing statistics, analyzing financial data, identifying trends, developing case studies and leading a team of junior researchers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in valuation, financial modeling, and equity research. 
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills are essential.
• In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies like discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc.
• Skill in evaluating the reasonableness of management's projections and assumptions
• Excellent research skills to conduct in-depth industry, company, and market trend analysis
• Ability to identify and analyze key value drivers, risks, and opportunities
• proficiency in Excel and financial databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex financial information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial statements
• Knowledge in visualization tools (power BI,Tableau,Zoho. etc)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, market trends.
• Identify and analyze key value drivers, risks, opportunities
• Prepare detailed research reports with findings and recommendations
• mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on valuation methodologies and financial modeling techniques.
• Helps to prepare case studies for financial blogs and articles.
