Junior Research Analyst

We are hiring a Junior Research Analyst to support PhD scholars and researchers in academic and technical research activities. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in research analysis, data collection, and academic support.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand PhD research topics and client requirements
• Assist in literature review and reference paper analysis
• Collect and organize research data and technical information
• Support in identifying research gaps, problem statements, and objectives
• Help in preparing research drafts, summaries, and documentation
• Assist Technical Writers in content preparation
• Follow university and journal guidelines
• Support revisions based on reviewer or client comments
• Maintain proper research records and reports

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of research methodology
• Ability to read and understand research papers and technical content
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic academic writing and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Google Scholar, IEEE, Scopus, Springer (added advantage)
• MS Word, Excel, and documentation tools

Eligibility

• Any graduate or postgraduate (Engineering, PHD , or related fields preferred)
• Freshers welcome | 0–2 years experience preferred
• Interest in research and academic analysis
