Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Mindtel, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing project activities to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, resources, and information, acting as the primary point of contact for project participants. Monitoring and tracking project progress, preparing and distributing project documentation, and supporting the project manager in various tasks will be key aspects of your role. Your responsibilities will also include managing project budgets, identifying potential project risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. Ensuring that project activities align with stakeholder expectations, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and providing administrative support to project teams as needed are essential duties. You will facilitate communication between internal teams and external parties, assist in resource allocation and management, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and have proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in project management software and tools, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required. You should be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage competing priorities effectively. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with budget management and financial reporting, certification in project management (e.g., PMP or similar), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to adapt to changing project environments. Knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance standards, a strong commitment to professional ethics and integrity, and a proactive approach to risk assessment and mitigation are highly valued in this role. Your skills in risk assessment, communication, time management, analytical thinking, multitasking, problem-solving, financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, organizational abilities, budget management, documentation, project management, team collaboration, and interpersonal interactions will be essential to your success as a Project Coordinator at Mindtel.
