Job Title: PPC Expert (Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled PPC Expert with 3–4 years of proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be adept at campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis to deliver measurable ROI for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity in ad copy/design direction, and the ability to adapt to changing digital trends.


Role Description:

As a PPC Expert, you will:


Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping Ads, and Meta Ads.


Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, competitor research, and budget planning to maximize campaign efficiency.


Continuously monitor campaigns, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.


Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.


Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

Develop tailored PPC strategies based on client objectives.

Identify the right platforms, ad formats, and targeting options.


Campaign Setup & Management:

Create and manage campaigns in Google Ads & Meta Business Manager.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placement optimization.


Optimization & Performance Monitoring:

Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and optimize accordingly.

Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.


Reporting & Analysis:

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.

Highlight key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.


Collaboration:

Work with designers and copywriters for ad creative optimization.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.


Requirements:

Experience: 3–4 years in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixel setup).

Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance tracking.


Strategic Skills:

Ability to create full-funnel paid ad strategies.

Experience in budget allocation and scaling campaigns profitably.


Analytical Skills:

Strong grasp of data interpretation and actionable optimization.

Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis.


Creative Insight:

Ability to guide ad creative direction for higher engagement.


Certifications (Preferred):

Google Ads Certification.

Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate.


Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills for client and internal team collaboration.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
