Key Responsibilities:Crafting Ad Campaigns:Develop and execute ad campaigns aligned with marketing objectives to achieve maximum impact and ROI.Utilize targeting options, ad formats, and optimization techniques to optimize campaign performance.Monitoring and Optimization:Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to enhance results.Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve overall market performance.Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.Alignment with Marketing Strategies:Work closely with various teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.Collaborate with design teams to create eye-catching ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.Budget Management:Oversee large ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation and optimal utilization.Create media plans and projections based on campaign performance and budget allocation.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Facebook advertising to incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.Reporting and Analysis:Execute, track, and optimize campaigns on a daily/weekly basis.Generate regular reports on campaign performance according to established formats.Utilize strong analytical skills to leverage data for performance optimization.Work Closely with the copy and design team to create relevant and eye catching ad creatives.
