This is not a narrow content or design role youll own the full lifecycle: from market research and offer ideation, to funnel copy and creative execution, to running ads and optimizing sales. You should love solving problems, simplifying complexity into clean systems, and building digital products that people genuinely find valuable. Responsibilities Product Development & Market Research Identify customer pain points & demand gaps from forums, reviews, and data Research trends, competitors, and keyword/intent signals Structure product ideas (checklists, guides, swipe files, templates, courses) Funnel Building & Copywriting Write compelling copy for landing pages, upsells, emails, and ad scripts Coordinate with designers/editors to create high-converting creatives Build funnels in GHL/Systeme.io/Exly (basic tech setup) Launch & Growth Execution Plan, run, and scale Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns Track KPIs (CTR, CPL, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and optimize performance Launch fast, test variations, and improve funnel outcomes Delivery & Post-Sale Experience Set up automations: order confirmation, access links, upsell flows Improve delivery experience (thank you page, welcome email, bonuses) Collect reviews/testimonials for future launches Requirements Strong copywriting + marketing psychology (especially for digital products) Comfort with paid ads, funnel metrics, and testing frameworks Tools: Meta Ads, GHL/Systeme/Shopify, Notion, Google Sheets, Canva, Slack Past experience launching 2+ successful digital products or micro-courses Ability to manage strategy, execution, and performance end-to-end Bonus if youve worked in parenting, wellness, lifestyle, or creator brands Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Cost Per Lead (CPL) or Purchase (CPP) Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for paid campaigns Funnel Conversion Rate (LP Checkout Upsell) Order Completion + Bounce Rate Funnel Speed: Idea Live Funnel within 1421 days Testimonial Collection Rate Email Open/Click/Conversion % for launch sequences
