🚀 We’re Hiring | Junior Media Analyst (Facebook Ads Specialist)

Adsparkx is looking for a Junior Media Analyst with hands-on experience in Facebook Ads to join our growing team! 🌍✨

🕒 Shift Timings: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Office), with flexibility to extend during peak season based on business requirements.

📍 Location: Sector 66, Gurgaon

Performance Marketing Experience is must

Key Responsibilities:

Create, test, and scale ad creatives for Facebook and other social platforms.

Manage campaigns with daily spends in the 5–6 figure range.

Analyze performance data and optimize for profitability.

Ensure campaigns deliver consistent, profitable returns.

Requirements & Skills:

Prior experience running Facebook ads (TikTok/other platforms is a plus).

Strong analytical mindset & decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, creativity, and results-driven approach.

Confidence in scaling high-budget campaigns.

Preferred Skills:

Copywriting and short-form ad creation.

Knowledge of performance marketing in the financial sector.

Up-to-date awareness of social media trends & tools (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
