Junior Marketing Manager

As a Junior Marketing Manager at our company located in Nashik, you will play a key role in the marketing department by contributing creative ideas and assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives, helping to enhance and maintain our marketing channels. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable marketing skills and knowledge while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data from marketing campaigns, conducting market research, assisting with administrative tasks, participating in marketing and advertising activities such as social media and direct mail, creating promotional presentations, managing the company database and CRM systems, and assisting in the coordination of marketing events. The ideal candidate for this role should have completed Business Management/BBA/MBA-Marketing with a strong academic background, although experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, is essential, with knowledge of MS Project considered a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong social skills, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure are highly valued. Moreover, the successful candidate should possess leadership qualities, assertiveness, professionalism, and a willingness to travel as required. A valid LMV driving license is preferred. A good understanding of marketing techniques, familiarity with marketing software and online tools such as CRM systems, online analytics, and Google AdWords, as well as a passion for the marketing industry and its best practices, are also important attributes for this role.,
