Junior Marketing Manager

You will be joining Growwstacks Automation Solutions as a Junior Marketing Manager with a focus on Execution & Coordination. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of various marketing initiatives and ensure that they align with the vision of our brand. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Project Execution**: Responsible for managing marketing tasks from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. - **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce compelling marketing creatives and assets. - **Content Supervision**: Oversee and align all content to maintain consistency with our brand tone and messaging. - **YouTube & Social Management**: Manage publishing, thumbnails, titles, and performance tracking across various social media platforms. - **Community Engagement**: Moderate and grow our Skool community by responding to comments, addressing queries, and enhancing engagement. - **Marketing Operations**: Assist in planning and executing campaigns, monitoring progress, and providing daily updates to the team. **Qualifications Required**: - Disciplined, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. - Ability to write concise content, review creative work, and manage basic design/video tasks. - Proficient in using AI tools, Google Workspace, Canva, and YouTube Studio. - Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining high accountability. Your daily expectations will include delivering marketing tasks as per the brief, reviewing work from designers/editors, and ensuring that every creative piece reflects the brand's quality and intent.
