We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate YouTube Content Associate who can lead the execution of our content strategy, manage publishing operations, and grow our presence across multiple YouTube channels. Key Responsibilities: ???? YouTube Channel Operations Manage daily publishing workflow across multiple YouTube channels (20+), ensuring timely uploads and adherence to content schedules. Optimize video uploads (thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, end screens, cards) to maximize reach and performance. Coordinate with animation and editing teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery. ???? Content Strategy & Planning Develop and maintain a content calendar based on audience insights, trends, and business goals. Ideate and contribute to new content formats and storytelling styles tailored to kids and family audiences. Work closely with the creative and production teams to align content with platform trends and audience expectations. ???? Analytics & Performance Monitoring Track KPIs like views, watch time, retention, CTR, and subscriber growth using YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc. Prepare performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements for thumbnails, titles, and content formats. Monitor competitor channels and industry trends to stay ahead. ???? Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all content complies with YouTubes community guidelines, COPPA (for kids content), and company branding standards. Monitor channel health, flag issues (e.g., strikes, demonetization risks), and resolve any policy-related concerns. ???? Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, distribution, and partnership teams to amplify content reach. Work with external partners (e.g., animation studios, music licensors, content collaborators) when needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience managing YouTube channels, ideally in kids or entertainment content. In-depth understanding of YouTubes ecosystem, algorithms, copyright guidelines, and monetization. Proficiency in using tools like YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and basic editing software. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Passion for kids content, storytelling, and digital platforms.
