Role & responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

To be the KAM for strategic customers in the assigned territory.

Handle commercial negotiations with the customers for current/new business to be in line with the stated policies, give timely forecasts and trouble shoot with logistics team for issues of delivery

Provide customer support for technical queries and quality issues.

Handle new business through a project management philosophy and ensure to meet customers deadlines

Submit MIS reports on time.

Providing support to customers through pre-sales phase and provide material, evaluation of product, demonstration, presentations, and quotes.

to travel on Need basis to customer end.

To be the single window for all commercial Interactions with Customer and Coordinate with multiple departments for trouble shooting and resolving customer issues within a reasonable period of time
