Ensure meeting sales targets in East Region through existing Key Accounts in MRO (Steel) sector and strategically develop new accounts.
To be a Key Account Manager for major customers in the assigned territory and to be a field salesperson.
Handle techno-commercial negotiations with the customers, convert quotations to orders, timely scheduling, material planning & Coordination with the internal team.
Strategically identify new applications in existing customers and new customers in the assigned territory.
Provide customer support for technical queries and quality issues post sales
Handle distributors for the given sector. Train & develop a strong distributor segment business with more customer focus and ability to maintain ARCs.
Ensure regular communication and reporting on sales revenue, pricing, forecast, budget etc. within the time frame.
