Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Payroll and Benefits Management.

Timely payroll processing using payroll software, including payslip and tax slip distribution.

Social security compliance, including claim support, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with officials.

Income tax management involves educating employees on tax slabs, investment declarations, and deductions.

Regulatory Compliance and Statutory Obligations:

Strong understanding of Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Payment of Wages Act, Subsistence Allowance Act, Maternity Benefit Act, and Industrial Disputes Act.

Internal audit support and J-SOX compliance management.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Full and final settlement process, including exit clearance coordination, letter & certificates preparation, exit interviews, and analysis.

Effective employee grievance handling.

Visa processing, FRRO registration, accommodation arrangements, bank account setup, PAN and Aadhaar processing, office car allotment, and expatriate return procedures.

General Administration

Preferred candidate profile

MBA-HR /MSW/MLM with 7+ years of experience in Corporate HR background.
