What you will do:

· Documentation of agreements, contracts, drafts, and legal correspondence in English and Marathi.

· Scanning, filing, and organizing legal documents and agreements for efficient record management.

· Maintaining and updating databases for legal documents and departmental records.

· Preparing, formatting, and typing legal documents while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

· Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing tools to support documentation and reporting tasks.

· Supporting senior legal staff with the preparation of legal files, reports, and related documentation.

· Conducting basic legal research and assisting in understanding applicable legal procedures.

· Ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for document collection and information exchange.

· Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication in both English and Marathi.

· Exhibiting good organizational skills and interpersonal communication for day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

· Freshers or recently qualified law graduates may apply

· Up to 1 year of experience in legal documentation or administrative legal work is an added advantage.
