Junior Legal Specialist

As a Legal Documentation Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks to support the legal team efficiently. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Document agreements, contracts, drafts, and legal correspondence in English and Marathi. - Scan, file, and organize legal documents and agreements for proper record management. - Maintain and update databases for legal documents and departmental records. - Prepare, format, and type legal documents with utmost accuracy and confidentiality. - Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing tools for documentation and reporting tasks. - Assist senior legal staff in preparing legal files, reports, and related documentation. - Conduct basic legal research and aid in understanding applicable legal procedures. - Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for document collection and information exchange. - Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi. - Exhibit good organizational skills and interpersonal communication for day-to-day tasks.
