Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Location: Onsite

About the Role: We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist passionate about driving talent acquisition, employee development, and people-centric strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape organizational culture, optimize HR processes, and collaborate with leadership to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles to attract top talent.
• Conduct onboarding and maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management for accurate processing.
• Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Act as primary contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred and considered an advantage.
• Min. 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of core HR functions and HRMS platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective multitasking and time management in dynamic environments.
